Choose between a refund to your original payment method, a store credit with an added bonus, or a direct size exchange if available.
Package Your Items
Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all Shona Joy tags and hygiene seals still attached.
Ship and Track
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
